Soirées Mystique - An Evening of Victorian Enchantment
Victor Ian Élan, 19th Century Conjuror and Clairvoyant is a Southern California-based performer of magical and psychic entertainment who appears regularly at private parties, corporate events and charity galas. Currently, he is also creator and producer of a highly interactive and awe inspiring show, Soirées Mystique - An Evening of Victorian Enchantment, which is currently being presented at the Perry House at Heritage Square Museum in Los Angeles, CA.
This unique style of performance takes participants on a journey back in time. Before their eyes and inside their minds, sitters witness demonstrations in 19th century conjuring, observe experiments in Victorian mind-reading, and even participate in an authentic antebellum spirit séance show. Participants join together to experience the unknown and possibly even travel beyond the veil to relive the mystery of Victorian magic.
Soirées Mystique delivers the most unique experience one can imagine. With a suitably quaint audience limited to 30 individuals, guests will be treated, in an authentic setting to an enchanting evening of exceptional entertainment.

The William Hayes Perry Mansion and Heritage Square
The largest house at the museum, The Perry Residence was built in 1876 by prominent businessman and lumber baron William Hayes Perry. When this beautiful example of classic Greek Revival Italianate style home was built in the then-fashionable neighborhood of Boyle Heights, it was arguably the finest and most expensive residence yet seen in Los Angeles.
Heritage Square Museum transports visitors to the end of the 19th century, when California was a fledgling state Los Angeles began shaping itself into the metropolis it is today. On weekends, tours take visitors on an exploration of Southern California history, architecture and culture as interpreted through our historic structures.
